Having bought, sold, built, rehabbed homes for over 20 years, I have brought this experience to a new level and joined Berkshire Hathaway Starck, to help clients enjoy the thrill of achieving their goals--whether it is buying or selling their residence, horse property, or investment property.
Guiding clients through one of their most financially important decisions is one of my strengths. Having both a finance and construction background allows me to bring the full spectrum of knowledge to the process. Also having owned horse property and horses for the last 15 years adds another piece to my puzzle. I am fully aware of the needs of horse owners and can help find ideal properties to make everyone feel at home.
Most of all I work to make it easier and less stressful for my clients. Closing day should be a day of celebration! That is my goal.
