She helped my wife and I find a rental house last year. We aren't from the Chicago area and had no idea where to live. We gave Mag our preferences and she found us a wonderful neighborhood that we liked so much that we just bought a house here. When we started to look we contacted Mag and she organized for us to see 9-10 houses in a weekend, which we did multiple times. She was so patient with us and knew exactly what we were looking for. When we did find a house she did not hesitate and got our offer in immediately. After negotiations she set us up with a mortgage lender and a lawyer. Honestly the whole house buying process was incredibly easy and low stress because Mag handled everything. She is very knowledgeable with regards to the pricing of houses, remodeling, required maintenance and repairs, future ideas for increasing the property value and more.
